Gone is the toothless smile...

Abigail's first tooth has finally come through, it took a while but now it's here to stay ... or at least for the next five years or so!  She smiles, and her pearly white sparkles right back at us, it's still pretty small but you can see it, we know it's there and so does she, seems like she loves the feel of it on her tongue :)
As I was cleaning it this morning, I noticed that a second pearly white is peeking in ... oh my, our baby girl is growing so fast, never thought that teeth could bring on sentimental emotions!

If you look closely, you'll see it :)

She's now eight months, doing all the things an eight month old does with the exception of crawling.  For the looks of it, doesn't seem she'll be crawling any time soon ... she really dislikes tummy time and doesn't seem very interested in the toys that are too far for her reach!  Any suggestions out there on how to train her to crawl :)

Enjoying tummy time ...

Few minutes later :(

We love her personality, she makes us laugh so hard ... and she's only eight months! She doesn't like very loud noises, when I'm about to make my morning smoothie she knows what's coming and she starts to wimper at just the sight of the blender!
We also love to see her eat, she enjoys her food to the fullest ... she hasn't even finished swallowing what's in her mouth and she opens wider to get the next spoon full ... silly girl!
What can I say, she's definitely a piece of ham ;)

  1. She is beautiful guys! Glad to hear your doing well, but as for the crawling...I understand the desire to teach her, but you'll wish she stayed put once she does. Just enjoy the time, and she'll figure it out, probably quicker than you think.
