One of the many beautiful things we've learned in our walk with Christ is that He always answers our prayers; He has granted many desires of our hearts, for this we are so grateful and humbled at His amazing grace. Of course, the answered prayers have not always been in the form we imagined; some desires of our hearts were granted just as they were, while others were first "tweeked" to line up to His will ... but we've received answers nonetheless!
We're almost half way through this year and we've already received so many answered prayers; many of them have been "No, my grace should be sufficient", others have been "Not now, wait upon my calling and direction", while others have been "Go ahead my child, this is the way you should go". How blessed we are, even in the midst of uncertainty. He has been our daily portion in the days we fear, doubt, despair ... at the end, we realize it is far better to suffer in His will than suffer away from it.
"When I am afraid I will put my trust in you." (Psalms 56:3)
Our Baby Girl is an answered prayer. We are grateful that she is growing healthy and strong. We are grateful that to this day we have had an easy pregnancy, which we do not take for granted. We continue to pray for strength, health and wisdom (for us and baby).
Our home church is an answered prayer. Looking for a new home church is not easy but we are blessed to have found one! We are blessed to have met so many wonderful people. We are excited to start serving in the area God calls us to.
Don't cease to pray, His answer is on the way ... according to His time and will!
In the meantime, we rejoice in the daily blessings of life ... they're everywhere, sometimes I have to stop and look very closely but I always find them ... they're usually right in front of me!
