Eight weeks already?!

Happy 2 Months Baby Girl!!

Time certainly flies when you don't sleep very well, when you nurse every couple of hours and when you change diapers non stop!  What a package :)

The past eight weeks have been VERY busy for us; adjusting to our little one has been a full time task.  In between feeds and much needed naps, we try to answer messages from our friends and family, which we are so behind - we are very sorry if we haven't answered your message yet, we'll come around to it (better late than never, right?!); we try to squeeze in some sort of work-out routine (to keep sane); we try to do some chores around the house (to keep things somewhat organized) ... wow, I'm tired already!




We've also managed to squeeze in some "out of routine fun days", we've taken her on several, nice strolls to downtown (one of our fav places to go for long walks); family picnics have been popular these past couple of months; she had her first outing to the beach - quite the treat; we even enjoyed a beautiful, romantic day on July 3rd in celebration of our 6th anniversary ... Abigail made it that much special!

Each day that passes, Abigail seems to be doing something new.

We're beginning to see her personality shinning through, each cry means something different (we're still trying to figure all of them out); each smile makes our day that much brighter (even if it's a smile in her sleep); and each sleepless night takes us back to our new reality!

Our new journey is getting more interesting by the day.

We dedicated our little one this past Sunday, what a special moment - certainly it is not a guarantee for her salvation but it is a great reminder of our commitment to raise her up in the way she should go.  Our purpose is to guide her towards Jesus.



So, we continue in this beautiful, stress-filled, joyful, scary, exciting journey!
